PRE-EVENT SERVICES

Meeting Site Selection Assistance

When choosing a meeting site, we can assist you by simply supplying a complete list of facilities or we will arrange site visits for you based on your group’s particular needs.

Off-Site Venue Selection Assistance

We can assist you in selecting an off-site venue for day or evening outings, dinners, banquets, and special events.

Itinerary Planning

From pre-arranged itineraries to customize-designed, we can supply an array of itineraries based on the interests and time parameters of your group.

Pre/Post Activities

To kick off a meeting or close out with a bang, we can assist with planning activities that will showcase our area and entertain your meeting delegates. Or, if your group is looking for things to do on their own, we can supply them with information on local activities, events, attractions, and things to do around town if they arrive early or stay late.

Promotional Materials

Point of interest maps, visitors guides with list of: shopping, restaurants, parks, events, etc, Brochures and special interest materials are available for groups upon request.

Local Supplier Referrals

We can offer referrals of vendors to assist with your group’s meeting needs.

Transportation Referrals

We can refer transportation companies for your group whether it’s airport transportation, around town/sight-seeing transportation, or motor coach rental for transport to offsite venues.

Coordination of Registration Help

For registration help please email us ( kathryn@visitwilliamson.com ) or call 866.253.9207 with details of your group and we will assist in arranging registration workers.

All materials listed under Promotional Materials are available for delegate registration bags in quantities under 300 or distributed at the registration table for larger groups.
